What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol connects compatible AI assistants to Homelify’s tools. You sign in with Homelify and review the access requested by the assistant.
Bring your shared home into the conversation. Check who owes what, understand your spending, and record expenses with Homelify’s MCP server.
Keep balances clear
“Who owes what in our home?”
Understand your spending
“How much did we spend this month?”
Add a shared expense
“Add a £24 grocery expense and split it equally.”
Get connected
Use your Homelify account to connect an assistant that supports remote MCP and OAuth sign-in.
Setup and availability depend on your assistant. Work or team accounts may need administrator approval.
You stay in control
End an assistant’s access whenever you want. You can connect it again later.
This ends all connections for the selected app. Revocation can take up to 30 seconds. It doesn’t undo previous changes or erase information the assistant has already received.

Yes. Complete your account setup in Homelify before connecting; temporary accounts cannot connect an assistant. Your existing plan and household limits apply.
No. Adding expenses or recording payments updates your household accounting. It does not transfer money, charge a card, or make a bank payment.
Disconnecting revokes future access; it does not undo changes or remove data already shared with the assistant. Data received by your assistant is also subject to its own privacy policy.
